Our B&O Specialist is the first line of communication between Victory and Music Education professionals. The main responsibility of this position is to provide consulting and advice to band directors and decision makers on the purchase of woodwind and brasswind musical instruments. In addition, our specialist will work in coordination with dealers, artists, clinicians and relay customer feedback to our support team.
A big part of this position includes representing the company and exhibiting Victory’s instruments in conventions, trade shows and other marketing events.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is passionate about music and must have experience playing a Band & Orchestra musical instrument.

Good communication skills (written and verbal) are essential to this role.

This position requires traveling 25 to 50% of the time.

May need to carry musical instruments up to approximately 50 Lbs and be able to set up banners and product displays.

Experience in sales is a plus but not required.

Experience in project or account management are a plus

Experience in Salesforce is a plus
